I wanted to bring them together under one roof.

 

I've been producing events for years, so I understand how to build an event and bring exhibitors and people together.

But with this particular event, I'm also the customer.

 

I'm celiac. Two of my daughters eat gluten-free. I've lived this. I understand the questions people have, the things they're looking for and the things that can make an event frustrating for someone who has to

avoid gluten and other allergens.
